Returns & Refunds Policy

At GoodNatured Skincare, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Each product is handmade with care using nourishing, high-quality ingredients. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

  • Products must be sealed and unopened for hygiene reasons

Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days.

2. Hygiene & Skincare Products

Due to the nature of our products (soap, body butters, balms and skincare), we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty.


3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Attach clear photographs of the damage

We will offer either:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • Or store credit

We may ask you to return the item before issuing a refund.


4. Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities

All ingredients are clearly listed on each product page. We recommend performing a patch test before full use.

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Skin sensitivities

  • Change of mind after product use

If you are unsure about an ingredient, please contact us before purchasing.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

  • We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.


6. Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If you have not received your refund within 10 working days after confirmation, please contact us.


7. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale purchases are non-refundable unless goods arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
