We currently only ship within the UK and Island.

Standard Delivery is between 3 – 5 business days.

Split-Shipment Orders

Please note, orders that contain multiple items, may be shipped at different times. We will notify you if this is the case and provide a shipment estimation date. With split orders, we send each item to you as soon as it’s ready, at no extra cost.

Please allow 3 – 5 working days for your order to be dispatched.


We hope you love your product but if you don’t you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a refund. Please note that we can only accept returns on unopened and unused soaps, accessories, and gift boxes. Goods that arrive with us in an unsalable condition may be subject to a reduction in the refund value.

The original postage costs will be refunded when returning an item, but not the return postage. If an express delivery service or similar was originally used to send the goods, then this will not be refunded – the normal shipping rate will apply.

Returns will be processed by us within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your payment card statement.

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and

includes a 36-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our workshop. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to a week for shipments to be dispatched. If you have any enquiries about your item dispatch details, please email us at quoting your name, delivery address and receipt code.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas of the United Kingdom and Europe, there is a limited range of delivery services available. We cannot be responsible for delays because of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. We will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible but please note there may be a slight delay in processing orders and returns during our peak seasons (sales, holiday seasons and promotions).

The standard delivery we use requires you to sign for your package. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, an attempted delivery not will be pushed through your door with the details of where you can collect your package. The item will be sent to the local Royal Mail delivery centre for collection.

During the sales period, your order may experience a slight delay. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be with you.
